Responsibilities:
Manage HVAC Estimating Department
Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects
Mentor Jr/Mid-Level HVAC Estimators
Requirements:
10
years of experience
Stable work-history
extensive Estimating experience
excellent communication skills
extensive HVAC knowledge
