Customer Service Opportunity available in Lake Forest, CA Answering incoming calls, and responding to customer emails.
Receiving purchase orders from customers.
The CSR needs to confirm the order, coordinate with the factory the ship date etc to the customer and when it can be fulfilled.
Follow up with shipment orders Must have a keen sense of scheduling and monitoring the calendar.
Must be able to do a lot of follow up.
Tracking numbers and PO's, scheduling shipments.
Must have a sense of urgency.
Shift:
M-F 8am-5pmPay Rate:
