Location: Riverside, CA Professional Community Management of CA, Inc. (PCM) is seeking a Full Time Sr. Community Manager to join our growing team. To manage multiple associations according to the individual CC&R's and PCM contract governing that association. Transition new accounts to a target manager and follow up as long as necessary. Set up new developer accounts and supervise community managers.Position reports directly to the Vice President of Commercial Management. Work involves regular contact with homeowners and board members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continue to manage own associations with efficiency and professional standards. Supervise community managers. Transition in new accounts; coordinate with targeted manager and follow-up as long as necessary.
Attend new association board or developer meeting; prepare rules and regulations, ARC procedures, delinquency policy; set up annual meeting per documents. Set up association information book; set up annual calendar; be aware of year end financial reporting dates; prepare board packages, agendas, minutes; follow up with action items; walk throughs; code invoices; coordinating with appointed manager.
Attend established association meetings that are new accounts for PCM. Review files. Set up information book and annual calendar; be aware of year end financial reporting dates. Organize and present information at staff meetings in coordination with the Vice President of Management Services.
Supervise assigned manager. Be available for consultation and guidance.
Attend their board meetings at least annually

NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and sign association checks after manager coding and accounting procedures completed.
Assist with other jobs and other duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from high school or college supplemented by courses in business Administration; two years experience in a supervisory capacity.
Ability to work in a corporate environment.
Ability to use computer keyboard, and ten key.
Ability to read, understand and implement homeowner association CC&R's, bylaws and contracts.
Knowledge of business English, vocabulary, spelling, and arithmetic.
Ability to use common software packages.
Ability to research problems and prepare written recommendations.
Ability to compose correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively with others in English.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and the public.
Proof of current automobile insurance and acceptable DMV printout.
Position is full time and may require evening and weekend work schedules.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
