Professional Community Management of CA, Inc. (PCM) is seeking a Full Time A/R Billing Call Center Representative to join our growing team. Under moderate supervision, work directly with customer inquires/disputes within a call center environment Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with customers
Able to handle inbound/outbound calls averaging 150 per day relating to customer account inquiries &/or disputes
Account reconciliation
Able to recognize when there is a need for special payment arrangements
Performing all functions of Accounts Receivable duties
Complete special projects as assigned
Respond to customer e-mails and correspondence.
Qualifications :
Minimum of two (2) years of Accounts Receivable or Call Center experience.
2 years general college course work or work related experience.
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows and Laser Fiche 6.0.
Accounting software knowledge of AS400 a plus.
Must be able to organize, prioritize and complete tasks independently
Written and Verbal communication skills in English
Ability to establish and maintain effective team-working relationships
Ability to work overtime hours as needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
