Responsibilities:
Finish all work within the allocated time for the jobRepresent yourself consistent with Goettl standards for punctuality, experience, and appearanceRemove and replace equipment in a safe and efficient mannerProvide an amazing experience for your customer on every jobPerform all installations to the Goettl standard of picture-perfect installationsFollow the appropriate checklist for all jobsPerform all work so that it complies to all municipal code requirementsActively participate in ongoing technical training Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWorks well under pressure and meets tight deadlinesHighly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication toolsFantastic organizational and time management skillsStrong decision-making and problem- solving skillsMeticulous attention to detail.
Requirements3
years of HVAC Installer experienceValid Driver's License with satisfactory driving recordEPA Certification (Type II or Universal)Must be over 18OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health (preferred)Pass a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check.
Pay Scale:
$25-$35 plus performance bonusHVAC Service Technician
