At this time, we have an outstanding full-time opportunity for a Medical Biller.
Job responsibilities include:
Billing Medicare, Cal Optima and 3rd party insurance companies.
Handling collections from insurance and private payers.
Reconciling the A/R aging, posting cash payments, facilitating long-term insurance claims, reviewing and coding vendor invoices for ancillary billing, and working closely with admissions, medical records and therapy departments to ensure accurate billing.
Position requires a self motivated, detailed individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills:
Must be detail oriented, thorough, accurate and Excel proficiency is absolutely required.
Experience with computerized accounting and database programs is highly desirable.
Knowledgeable in PointClickCare required.
Pay range:
