CNC Screw Machine Operators 1st and 2nd Shift (4) for medical device manufacturer located in the Lake Forest CA area.

Hours are:
1st Shift:
6:
00 AM - 3:
30 PM, Monday - Friday plus 2 Saturdays a month 2nd Shift, 3:
15 pm - 12:
45 pm, Monday - Friday plus 2 Saturdays a month.
Saturday hours are 12:
30 PM - 8:
30 PMOvertime is mandatory.
Company will complete Drug Screen and Background Check prior to start.
P ay is $19-25/hr depending on experience.

Duties:
Setup machines/Assist Operators with SetupRun first article inspectionPerform in-process inspectionAttention to detail, medical device requires detailed paperwork and traceabilityAssist with program optimization to meet quality/production goalsKeep workplace organizedFill out work order and quality data Requirements:
Must have experience with Mills or LathesVersed in various measuring tools (indicators, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator)Experience selecting cutting tools, and work holding solutionsExperience with Citizen Swiss Lathes (M-Series, L-Series), CAV and Tryton Barloaders a plusExperience with Precipitation Hardened Stainless Steels, feeds and speedsGood attendance and a low scrap rate are very important to this company.
