Job Summary Drive online brand presence and consumer engagement by creating and directing lifestyle and product photography assets as well as retouching images. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Analytical (50%) Works with Marketing to ensure that final photography is consistent with brand style guides. Works with Photography Lead to determine shot list and responsibilities on set. Runs primary photography camera on set. Work with internal clients to discuss visual needs for web and print. Have an advanced knowledge of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and software. Organize, resize, and retouch images and create gifs as needed.Transactional (50%) Creates the final deliverables for photography projects. Develops storyboards, shot lists, and identifies visual style in pre-production. Carry out research and preparation for shoots, staying current with industry trends, developments, and new techniques. Create digital designs with photo assets as needed for Digital Media campaigns. Create and manage photography consistency throughout digital channels. Education and Experience Profile 3
years of Photography experience in the field. Intermediate experience with photography and post software. Required Skills Excellent graphic skills with a keen eye for photography & retouching. Ability to be innovative, creative, and think outside of the box. Passion for staying up to date on current and emerging digital marketing trends for photography Understanding of camera theory and techniques. Ability to manage a project from beginning to end. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Lightroom, Photoshop, & Illustrator.
