Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Key
Responsibilities:
o System Design and Integration:
Develop frameworks for integrating various medical devices(SiMD/SAMD) this including hardware, software, and cloud technologies; Ensure seamlessconnectivity and interoperability of medical technologies, mobile apps, and digital healthplatforms.
o Standards Compliance:
Maintain adherence to healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, IEEE 11073,DICOM, etc.
) with a focus on cutting-edge MedTech solutions; Innovate and advocate foradopting new digital health technologies and standards.
o Security and Privacy:
Implement robust security measures such as data protection, medicalidentity, and access to medical devices and digital solutions; Ensure global regulatorycompliance, standards, and customer security needs.
o Collaboration with cross-functional team(s):
Engage with R&D, Commercial, IT, Lighthouse, andDigital services organization to understand and meet interoperability and security challenges;Lead cross-functional teams/projects to develop and integrate interoperability technologies intoR&D products and solutions.
o Innovation:
Stay abreast of trends and innovations in digital health and MedTech; Evaluate andintegrate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Robotics into medical devices; Addresscomplex challenges in integrating traditional medical devices with digital health solutions.
Required Skills and
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related fields.
o Demonstrated experience in medical devices, including software, hardware, and cloudplatforms.
o In-depth knowledge of medical device interoperability, digital health platforms, and relatedtechnology protocols and standards (e.
g.
, NIST, FDA, etc.
).
o Hand-on/working knowledge of operating systems, firmware, hardware, software, and cloudo Expertise in data security and regulatory compliance in healthcare environments.
o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
o Excellent communication skills, both for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
o Advanced certifications in digital health, healthcare IT standards, and MedTech.
o Experience in a clinical setting focusing on medical devices (SaMD/SiMD) and healthcaretechnologies.
o Knowledge of emerging trends in healthcare technologies.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
