00 an hour Allen Properties is looking for an Office Administrator to support the On Site Property Managers.
Must be able to multi tasks, have great customer service and be a team player.
JOB
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
1).
Assist managers with questions.
2).
Move residents in/out of Yardi (software system) 3).
Process resident refunds checks and set up payment plans with past tenants.
4).
Enter increases into Yardi (software system).
5).
Enter notices/evictions.
6).
Deposit misc checks (current tenants, vendors, past tenants).
7).
Rental verification, send files to collection and approve renewals.
8).
Maintain resident relations, deal with complaints and problems relating to service and lease provisions.
Maintain accurate log on events/issues with residents.
9).
Have excellent communication with Supervisor and Managers on property issues and needs 10).
Answer phones and emails 11).
Maintain records and resident files in an orderly and up-to-date manner.
12).
Collect rent, follow up on any past due balances, maintain account records, and make bank deposits.
13).
Prepare legal action for eviction when necessary.
Make court appearances for evictions along with attorneys when necessary.
14).
Show and lease apartments, handle telephone inquiries.
15).
Conduct monthly market surveys.
16).
Collaborate with Supervisor to assess changes in rental market through analysis of customer traffic and rental records.
17).
Plan, promote and implement effective Resident Retention program.
18).
Perform effective annual apartment inspections of each unit.
Works with staff at corporate and On Site Property Managers.
Allen Properties offers medical, dental, PTO 128 hours a year and 10 paid holidays.

Monday through Friday 8:
30am to 5pm.
