Responsibilities:
Reconcile accounts payable transactions Process vendor invoices Generate subcontract packages Generate initial info to sub and contact subs before deadline Track all sub docs Compile, log, and track sub change orders info for project managers Ensure sub files are complete and follow up with subs for docs Compile supplier information Be proactive in recognizing lien situations Compile, request and maintain supplier compliances Ensure accurate info rec'd from project manager Compile, track and maintain all sub insurance requirements and certificates Comply, process, and maintain California lien waivers Request and process preliminary notices Compile required docs for close out books QUALIFICATIONS Previous administrative experience required Invoice processing experience required Construction experience is required Proficiency in MS Excel & Word required Recommended Skills Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Administration Construction Microsoft Excel Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
