The role requires all front office receptionist duties as well as the duties of an insurance coordinator.
The roles of insurance coordinator can be trained for according to the insurances we accept (PPO only).
MUST BE OPEN TO CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM and get along with the office staff, a true TEAM PLAYER.
PUNCTUALITY is a must AS IS DENTAL EXPERIENCE! It is PREFERRED IF CANDIDATE IS CROSS-TRAINED with front office as well as back office duties.
We will train to do front and back duties if not cross-trained already.
MUST BE WILLING TO DO FRONT AND BACK DUTIES! We are looking for someone permanent and willing to grow with the practice.
APPLICANT MUST BE A PEOPLE-PERSON, WILLING TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY WITH A SMILE AT ALL TIMES! POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST! MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS ON THE PHONE AND IN-PERSON.
