ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Intro call to client within 24 hours of receipt of Conditional Underwriting Approval Proactively communicates with all parties (buyer, title/escrow, asset manager if applicable, realtor if necessary, internal staff) providing timely updates and gathering all required documentation to obtain full loan approval Review and verify accuracy of all documentation to ensure guidelines are met before resubmitting the loan to underwriting Resubmit loan to underwriting Prepare final loan documents and work with client, title/escrow, and funder to ensure timely release of documents and follow through funding Update Encompass and Cascade with loan status consistently Upload appraisal to Cascade and request repairs when needed Send out and review CD with buyer Ability to manage 25
purchase files within a 40 hour work week Thorough working knowledge of agency and government programs and guidelines Develop and maintain working relationships with clients Set and explain proper expectations for the loan process and documentation needed to complete the loan application Ability to handle stress and escalations in a friendly, helpful manner Request customer service satisfaction surveys Follow up after loan closes to congratulate, thank, and provide the next steps to customer Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner Ensures exceptional customer service levels by maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics, and complying to Federal and State compliance policies.
Achieves production goals as established by the company EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Must have 1
years of mortgage lending experience, preferably with purchase mortgage experience 2 or more years of sales experience, preferably a combination of face to face and phone sales High School diploma or GED required Mr.
